Jim catered our daughter's high school graduation celebration for 85 people. What a relief not having to worry about the meal and preparation! It allowed my wife and I to enjoy talking to our guests and enjoy the event so much more. Jim handled it all, from the grill setup to the cleanup. We had so many people complimenting us on the food - London Broil and Korean BBQ chicken were the main entrees which were so delicious. Thanks so much Jim for making it such a special day! We love you guys.

Anyway, I did want to (finally!) tell you what a fabulous party we
thought it was. So many folks commented to us as they left about what
a wonderful event it was, and we are thrilled. None of the "there's
way too many people here!"-chaos that I feared ever seemed to
materialize, and you and your super team kept everyone fed full of
YUMMY food and drink. Thank you sooo much. The appetizers were
fabulous, the meal superb, and the desserts were beautiful and
delicious. And my cannoli?? Yum! Oh my goodness, you two are
amazing. What a huge gift of thoughtfulness and kindness that was! I
was so moved... and Julie was delighted, too.
Thanks for taking every interruption I threw at you during the
evening--I could see how hard you all were working and yet you never
lost your calm or cool. Thank you, thank you. If I knew then
everything I knew now, I'd hire you again in a nano-second!!

Thanks so much for making our team luncheon a really special event. Not having to worry at all about food preparation or serving (or clean-up!) enabled me to focus on making the time great for team-building and connecting with people rather than being tied up in the kitchen. Not to mention... the food was great! You have a rare combination of making food that has delicious home-made quality, but also a professional presentation which makes the event really special. Thanks for the time you put into serving us! It was very much appreciated, and I'd recommend your work in a heartbeat!

Wonderful party on Saturday. The food was absolutely delicious. My guests are still raving about the seafood chowder! And the lobster and clams were done perfectly. Despite the heat and humidity (and few rain showers) my mom's 80th birthday celebration went off without hitch --- thanks for doing such a great job!
